•Visiting each Village Branch according to an agreed schedule
•Cross checking of social appraisal done by Field Workers at the household level
•Doing the financial/Technical appraisal at the household level
•Providing necessary reports to the Field Workers to follow up for recovery
•Reviewing dues and over dues on the daily basis to plain for getting recoveries and remaining the field workers
•Helping the Field Workers in recoveries from difficult/OD clients
•Verifying daily entries in the MIS
•Helping the Field Worker’s in setting monthly and weekly targets
•Meet clients for Verified/Utilization of Loans through Post Disbursement Verification
•Reviewing loans that are not accepted by the Field Workers for rejection and cross checking such cases
•Surprise visit of Village Branches, COs and Clients to ensure transparency
•Coordinating with the Accountant and checking the entries in accounting record
•To ensure the deposit of recovery on same day from all village branches in his/her Supervision
•Any other assignment given by the ACM
•Ensuring the loan utilization
•To identify the non-payments and clear client’s obligations
•Taking and processing applications as per E-CIB record
•Maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly visit schedule and provide data as per requirement to H.O, mostly data sent to H.O on every 5th of the month
