An Electronics engineer professional having more than 5 years of professional experience as Service Engineer in Medical Equipment . Areas of knowledge are MRI, X-rays, C-Arm & other medical equipment.

• Installation and maintenance services related to support devices required for Injectors, Imagers, Allied Medical Equipment, UPS, Generators, Chillers, Air conditioners etc.
• Periodic Preventive Maintenance of Equipment like MRI , AngioGraphy, X-rays & C-Arms.
• Responsible for executing service events (maintenance & Installation) in compliance with applicable version of Business Unit (BU) / Business Line (BL) service manuals and relevant quality standard policies
• Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service records with particular attention to test & inspection results.
• Responsible for adopting appropriate ESD control while servicing equipment.
• Responsible for using appropriate electronic measurement equipment in calibration controlled cycle
• Responsible for reporting identified device safety issues according to applicable quality standard policy
• Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
Working in Service department on GE medical systems at MRI modality & job description is:
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction.
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated equipment.
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Managing vendors' service delivery processes in compliance with Philips Health care policies.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
