The Operations Officer is responsible for regularly supporting the Branch Banking , Branch Operation Manager and Branch Manager.He ensures branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and limited supervision within the branch; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services. The position of Operations Officer performs limited supervisory duties as assigned by the Branch Operation Manager,and Branch Manager and may perform in various capacities, such as a new accounts representative, teller, or safe deposit attendant as appropriate.
