To obtain a leading post that facilitates my contribution to the field of industrial electronics and automation by utilizing the skills and knowledge have acquired through my academic as well as industrial experience.
As R&D project I have developed a system to print random numbers from Hitachi Ink Jet Printer using raspberry pi which is running a python code, the file which contain numbers can be stored in raspberry pi memory using WI-FI or LAN and all the data is transmitted from raspberry pi to Hitachi IJP using Serial Communication.
• Troubleshooting experience of field instrumentation, control valves, transducers, switches and speed control systems electronically controlled machines and generator set. Also having hand on experience of PLC and AVR.
• Routine Checking / Calibration / Replacement Instruments which includes Main Motors, MCC Panels, RTDs, Pressure Transmitters, Proximity Sensors, Limit switches and Pneumatic devices.
• Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to plant and equipment.
• Responsible for the smooth running of power plant and result oriented trouble shooting, diagnosis and rectification of faults and making its RCA report.
