I was responsible for overall Management of the Program i.e. Polio eradication with special focus on Baluchistan province. responsibilities were includes reporting, Monitoring & evaluation, campaign management, Training, & supervising about 35 staff members including 5 CSOs.
Provincial Training Coordinator
Being provincial Training Coordinator, I was overall responsible for all training & Development of all E.P.I. staff including ASVs,Dsvs and other stakeholders in the Province. I was responsible to train all employees of E.p.i. on vaccination Basic preventative measures, Awareness raising, Campaigns, and Cold Chain Management.
Special focus on POILO eradication activities, and close coordination with all stake holders i.e. Unicef, WHO, EDO Health, and all other line department.
