Sales analysis: customer wise, product wise, supplier wise, region wise, etc. and as per required and assigned by COO.
• Cost analysis: CAPX, OPX, product, sample, logistic cost, etc.
• HR related analysis / biometric and approval leave of IRMT on behalf of COO as and when required.

• Total outstanding VS overdue payments collective and segment (financial analyst, projection, collection).

• To control the Food & Beverage Cost in terms of costing audit. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating / discussing with relevant parties.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B.
• Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons. continuously study weaknesses in controls implemented at the restaurant and suggest for improvements.
• Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.
• Audit monthly stock and prepare reconciliation on all stockrooms.
• Updating the material control system with goods received notes, stock transfers etc. and updating sales from system at the restaurants.
• Inter Outlet Transfers are generally prepared and posted on a daily basis.
• Ensure applicable tax withholding and deductions are taken care of as per the laws and regulations.
• Manage employee salary administration according to laws, statutory requirements for income taxation, and other contributions, medical care, and other benefits. Ensure payroll is correctly calculated, necessary withholdings and deductions are taken care of, salaries and bonuses are paid on time.
• As applicable, liaise with the staff to ensure tax returns / reports are submitted to the relevant government authorities. Prepare and file GST and work with HOD on some other tax duties.
• Review company's policies & procedures to make it aligned with the best industry practices & ensure the adequacy of company's internal controls & processes.
• Provide reporting and analysis of all operational related activities.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Supervision & Monitor Cost Accountant reports assign working tasks Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by customer type. Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory evaluation and Prepare collateral reporting.
• Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories. Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls. Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division.
