 Were assigned Division Multan and its adjacent district’s DHQs Hospitals
 Responsible for overall Hospitals Landscaping project. (DHQ and THQ Hospitals)
 Daily reporting and handling of all works regarding project.
 Acting as a project manager.
 Making budget and reports summaries of expenditures and allotted tender.
 Taking reports and updates from all site managers regarding projects on call.

 Responsible for maintenance of a landscaped garden, spread in 33 Hectares
(3552090 m2)
 Responsible for implementation of New designs.
 Maintenance of almost four hundred indoor plants.
 Maintenance and smooth operation of automatic irrigation system.
 Planting of seasonal flowers, fertilizing outdoor vegetation, top dressing of lawns.
 Maintenance, pollination and date production more than 1000 date trees.
 Maintenance of nursery area, garbage disposal and all machinery.
 Ensure the operation with strict safety policies and apply the safety work procedures.
 Coordinate with Support Services and Administration departments.
 Maintain the Data Sheet of chemicals, records, reports and other files.
 Daily, weekly holding of meeting with customers.
 Ensure the labor welfare, health, safety, cleaning and facilities at working Site.
 Ensure Customers demands of work as per their rules
 Daily inspection of Labors, Supervisors Personal hygiene.

 Responsible for the maintenance & up keep of a large garden.
 Maintenance of theme garden area, terrace gardens and palace rose garden.
 Plantation of Arab aromatic flowers, herbs and shrubs.
 Maintenance of Greenery in all pathways.
 Replacement of wilted or dead flowers and other greenery.
 Ensure all the irrigation piping st up and daily checking their Sprinklers
 Responsible for, cleaning, Pest Control, plant at staff accommodation.
 Maintenance and putting of Indoor plants as per need.
 Always keeping Stock of plants for emergency need.
 Maintain the nursery and plant care.
 Daily inspection of Labors, Supervisors Personal hygiene.
