Worked as Director HR & Administration in Ultimus Pakistan, (Pvt.) Limited, (subsidiary of Ultimus Inc. USA) multinational IT Company. I am responsible for managing HR and Administrative affairs, including payroll,  training & development, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, SOP, annual budgeting and planning in terms of headcount and salary, manuals and Administrative assignments including facilities operations, procurement, building maintenance, store, warehouse & distribution management, legal matters, and organizational development. I also possess excellent soft skills.

• Visited and prepared action plan after having conducted A – Z HR and 
Administration audit of 9 five star hotels as per guidelines given in the standard Management Operation Review (MOR).   
• Managed manpower rationalization programs, performance development review (MPDR), reward management, employee opinion survey, annual budget, job description, recruitment and selection, policies and procedures,  
• Handled Universal (contractual) employees' issues as per labour laws. 
• Introduced internal and external compensation & benefits analysis, new grading, quartile systems, benchmarking and A – Z areas of HR and administration through effective presentation to all VPs and COO (Mr. Peter Alx)  and Mr. Murtaza Hashwani.
