· Successful completion of Main Mill Building Project of 920 million. This was being the test by HNMPL Management to prove my capabilities and command on the work. The final submitted bill took a long period of 07-months in verification and correspondence.
· 3600 SQM Warehouse (Civil & PEB) in less than 100 Days.
· TCF (Trim Chassis, Finish) line (2700 SQM) Extension in 180 Days including sub-floor services (Civil & PEB).
· Completion of Plastic Paint Shop, Paint Storage Facility and Parts Warehouse in 210 - days. (Civil, PEB, Double T Roofing) with soil replacement method and dewatering.
· Extension of Main Paint Shop (3000 – SQM) in 180 - days. (Civil & PEB) with piles foundations.
· Centralized Substation (Double Story) Building. RCC Structure with soil replacement.
· Development of Motor Pool Area of 10,000 and then 17,000 SQM with subbase filling and compaction. Used excavated material to save the cost.
· Warehouse Extension (Phase – II) 7200 SQM in 210 - days. Strip Foundations.
· Canteen, Locker and Masjid, RCC Frame Structure in 255 - Days.
· Rehabilitation of old loom shed for Warehouse to store spare parts.
· Construction of Hostel Complex and Approach Roads with an estimated cost of 650 Million.
· Design, BOQ, Drawings and schedule reviews and revisions as per site requirements.
· Budgeting for CAPEX and OPEX Project and monthly forecasting of material and contractor payments.
· Best utilization of the resources, continuous improvement plan for the colleagues through trainings and supportive working environment.

• Close Coordination with the consultant for the designing of multistory head office building for PEF keeping in view the today’s security, Safety and office requirements of CCTV Cameras, Fire Fighting System, Internet and HVAC.
• Approval of the design, BOQ, Cost Estimates, Pre-qualification of firms from Construction Committee of Board of Directors and from Board of Directors of PEF-Lahore.
• Pre-Qualifications, Bidding and Post Qualification of the bidders taking board of directors in confidence and according to the PPRA-Punjab and PEC-Rules.
• Dealt with LDA and EPA-Punjab on NOC issues. SNGPL and WAPDA for the temp and permanent connections of gas and electricity.

Successfully complete the bidding process and contractor selection for PEF Head Office Building with approval from the Board of the Directors.

Lead the team of Site Staff and successfully completed the up gradation project of schools in Peshawar City.
