Responsible for management of receivables and Payable related matters

Responsibility prepare aging of receivable segment wise / sector wise and
reconciliation to Recovery department and also concerns to department wise.

Responsible to ensure the funds flow with-in the company through proper co-ordination with Recovery department.

Responsibility to verify expenses related to solar department also supplier bill project wise like Project wise expenses / Project wise transporter Bills. Installation related bills.

Responsible for foreign warranty claim schedules & their timely settlements.

Responsibility to vet Cost Sheet Project wise before tender participation / before quotation sends to customer for sales.

Responsible to work on solar stock (Costing of imported items “Landed cost”, Preparation & maintaining stock reports, Physical audits, Preparation of margin reports for management & coordination with IT department in connection & development of SAP.

Responsibility to make Solar related stock aging report on excel for division head for ordering stock and also solar related customers receivable aging report for Solar division head and coordinator to recover amount from customers.

Responsible to make project wise profitability after completion of solar project for management.

Project portfolio analysis to ensure the profitable investments by using financial management tools (NPV/IRR)

Preparation & handling of final accounts for Solar Segment (Profit & Loss Statement for management
