B2B Management:
Design & implement sales targets for B2B division and aligned business strategy with principle.
Responsible for all negotiations, finalizations and making annual business agreement with Corporate partners, Hypermarket, Online Retailers.
Define short term & long term business forecast as per changing trend and design sales policy
to retain business customer with continuous growth.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Design and implement Sales promotions for being competitive in Hypermarket, Banking sector
and online partners.
Organize Product training program for sales team and channel partners to educate on new products and category line-up.
Analyzing monthly sales performance against budget vs revenue.
Retail Management:
Heading retail division and setting yearly target of opening SAMSUNG new brand show room in Pakistan.
Managing existing & new channel partners for continuous business growth.
Open company owned brand show room for KLI based cities for ensure complete product line-up and brand visibility.
Provide complete strategy to digital marketing team to educate end customer for importance of buying channel product.
Design sales policy for retail sales team to achieve sales target and ensure partner profitability.
Ensure retail department SOP for standardize retail system.
Organize product launch & product training events for nation-wide retail channel partners.
Introduce retail channel gap report and implement on weekly basis to support all sales team to fill channel gaps and payment collection on time.
Managing 20M$ buying business portfolio of SAMSUNG CE products being Head of Product Management, Marketing and reporting to Business Unit Head in Sparkworld Electronics.
Product Management:
Set company annual business target with SAMSUNG and ensure yearly achievement with growth
Develop and implement category wise business sale strategy.
Handling nationwide complete product sales operations.
Directly interact with all business function, import to production, Stock management to dispatch, most important finance to have a close check on profit & loss account.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotion and set Samsung product positioning in term of product pricing, promotion and marketing activity.
Liaison with SAMSUNG regarding complete business operations related to product buying, contract finalization, product selection, marketing, retail development.
Design and standardize all Category Purchase Sale Inventory reports & Supply chain management files.
Category Analysis in term of Business, Costing, Mapping, Profit & Loss, Inventory Management & stock liquidation.
Organize & Arrange events of Product launch and Training of sales team.
Marketing:
Start from scratch and set company objectives.
Set & implement marketing strategy as per global guideline to make Samsung #1 brand in Pakistan
Introduce Brand Management department for strengthen brand image and consistent leading in market.
Responsible for taking on-board best advertising agencies for proper ATL & BTL executions.
Design marketing calendar for align all marketing activities, product promotion to define marketing budget and strategy of complete year.
