• Assisting departments with their recruitment needs.
• Coordinating prospective candidates, schedule interviews.
• Assisting in Development and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Work on employees database oracle base HR Software.
• Ensuring all employees records, personnel files and documents are complete.
• Verify and update employee’s attendance, Annual and Casual leaves.
• Verify EOBI and Provident Fund and other task as assigned.
• Recruitment, selection and appointment of staff in a liaison with management and head of departments.
