• Negotiation for Local / Foreign Logistics of Goods.
• Dealing With Clearing & Forwarding Agent.
• Negotiations with Banks Regarding Foreign Exchange.
• Supervision of Clearance of Goods
• Maintain Export Receivable Aging
• Coordinate with Export Agents.
• Preparing RDA DLTL reports and Maintaining Rebate file
RESPONSIBILITIES RELATING TO IMPORT:
• Liaising with Banks for LC openings
• I Form filing on Weboc
• Cost Sheets Preparation of Imported Yarn & Parts.
• Co-ordination among Warehouse, Procurement & Accounts department.
• Correspondence with Brokers for LC Openings other related matter.
