Responsible to lead the Export L/C Advising Unit
Deals with internal and external customers at all levels via telephone and email, to ensure successful communication via actively listening and probing questions.
Resolution of Discrepancies regarding Transactions on immediate basis with Branch.
Correspondence of the Swift Message with International Department and Branches.
Authorization on AL-Habib System for all the products of Export LC Advising Unit & Import LC Opening Unit along with its Swift Alliance System verification.
Manage the tasks in absence of the team leader wisely and strategically.
Scrutiny of Export & Import L/C’s, amendment and miscellaneous correspondence message for onward action at our end. Checking and Rectification of LCs, contracts and amendments accurately and responsibly. Self Development of Typical Descriptive clauses from the customers, with the help of my seniors.

Analyzing SME and FMCG sector for the Assets lending.

Analysis of Income Estimation reports, anomalies to be discussed with firms & resolved with intimation to sales.
Reviewing property appraisal reports & resolving issues with agencies with intimation to sales.
Properly interpreting legal opinions at stage 1 so that no issues are raised at stage 2 and co-ordination with legal agencies for legal related issues.
Check cases and Making decisions at enhancement stage 1, 2 as well as fresh case’s stage one and stage two in accordance with the approved policies & procedures.
Concurrence on resolution of various issues.

Maintaining & monitoring daily CIU MIS. Maintaining & monitoring Daily Status and monthly Portfolio CAP. Monthly self-testing & agency measures.

Worked in SHELL PAKISTAN LTD KARACHI SHELL CARD Department as a Customer Relationship Officer. Dealing with Fleet Level customers and manage their Accounts on the Shell card fueling system with Super Siras software convincing about Shell Fuel Cards for Fuel convenience and Shell Fuel card benefits related issues, balances, Ledger statements, limits assigning on Shell Fuel card.
