Transmission Support Engr
• Work Roster and supervise network in real time as well as through periodic reporting by Using Monitoring Terminals
• Coordinate with field staff of operations or vendors and support them to rectify the Operational Fault.
• Reported the faulty to technical Staff and follow up till its resolution and mean while coordination with NOC and once the issue resolved update to higher management the cause of Fault.
• Forward unresolved issues to relevant level-2 teams of respective domains and follow up with them till the issue is fixed
• On regular interval update the Planned and Unplanned outage to higher management.
• Conduct system routine health checks and ensure any abnormalities are communicated to concerned departments for permanent fix
• Prepare shift handover report for particular team and submit for consolidated shift report
• Highlight network visibility issues and work in coordination with operator, sub cons and level-2 teams to make sure maximum network visibility.
