Working as an Assistant Manager – Sales & Projects Plan and schedule activities includes:
Ø       Coordinating with planning dept. on work progress.
Ø       Coordinating with QA/QC dept. for quality approvals.
Ø       Coordinating with fabrication shop on spool delivery.
Ø       Coordinating with resources dept. on material delivery.
Ø       Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
Ø       Reporting back to senior managers, chief operating officer & chief executive             officer.
Ø       Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services.
Ø       Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
Ø       Prepare all documents for tenders and RFQ.
Ø       Prepare monthly job man-hour and cost reports for comparing budget and                actual data on projects.
Working as an Assistant Manager- Sales & Projects I am Responsible for controlling HSE Matters/Issues on all Project sites. Key responsibilities include:
Ø       Monitoring the behavior of the people and provide coaching to change the               attitude and behavior positively towards working safety and instills think                 before acting and value human life. 
Ø       Monitor the use of personal protective equipment, evaluate its effectiveness,           and suggest improvements where indicated. 
Ø       Creating safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations. 
Ø       Ensure that safety training and other specifically required training is provided           to all employees. 
Ø       Perform daily inspections on site and rectify all unsafe or unhealthy working             practices observed.
Ø       Ensure that any violation of the Safety Plan and/or Procedure is reported to             the supervisor in charge immediately, and give advises for remedial actions.
Ø       Ensure that adequate firefighting equipment is provided and maintained. 
Ø       Check that all power tools and hand tools are maintained in good condition             and remove from use any defective items.
Ø       Ensure that adequate safety and personal protective equipment is available,             distributed and correctly used.
Working as an Assistant Manager- Sales & Projects I am Responsible for controlling Logistics Matters for making sure products reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time.at client sites.
Key responsibilities include:
 Ø       Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing                 information accrued from point of origin to delivery,
Ø       Execute logistics plan to move products to reach destinations on schedule.
Ø       Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
Ø       Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Ø       Tracks, traces, and updates to client & COO the status of material delivery.

Working as a Mechanical Engineer in oil and gas consultant, Key responsibilities includes:
Layout Study & Finalization wrt P&ID’s.
Selection of Pipe Supports, Special Support.
Continuous use of Material Specifications for finalizing Line Routing & Layout.
Coordinating with different division like civil,process and electrical as per requirement of project.
Co-ordination with the Client & Project Manger to produce final design in compliance with design specifications / philosophy.
Participation in HAZOP Meatings / safety reviews as per the project requirements.
Execute detailed engineering activities using different piping specification,Standards,Codes as API/ASME and company engineering practices.
Flexibility Of Flowlines & Piping stress analysis using Caesar II (INTERGRAPH®).(Both Above & under Ground)
Highly skilled in Checking Issue & Finalization pipeline alignment drawing, piping layouts with sectional details, equipment Layout and Piping Isometrics including BOM.
Provide engineering perspective in meetings regarding overall project interactions and issues.
Collaborate closely with Piping Designers teams and Assigned Engineer on Project Completion Till Project deliveries.
Continually improved processes measurement documenting and work flow techniques.
Identified design process and equipment options to satisfy client needs minimize costs and limit potential operational problems.
Maintained timely and technical reports regarding assigned Designers/Engineering activities.
Prepare reports for day to day results and present them in weekly review meetings of both the
Company and client.
Comply with best engineering practice and maintain quality in design and performance
Managed a team of Designers and Engineers at site
Conducting site visits as per the scope of work.
