Running the recruitment process with HR Team for the whole group by assessing the management level of the vacant position.
Developing recruitment strategy and methodologies to hire quality talent and ensuring timely and cost effective recruitment process with minimum cycle time.
Conducting initial interviews to further refine the sourced talent.
Facilitating the departmental heads and interview panel throughout the hiring process.
Handling offers and negotiations with candidates.

Responsible for recruitment activities, including timely and competent hiring and filling of all Open Positions as per job competency requirements and within agreed time frame.
