Key accountabilities include;
Responsibilities include overall establishment of HR department from scratch, its development and management of HR Function. Ensuring HR operations services delivery in line with all KPIs.
o Develop HR Policies & procedures/plan in the form of Employee Handbook.
o Be the front line interface and control point of HR to businesses as well as participate as member of the senior management team as HR representative.
o Develop recruitment policies, process, succession planning methods, job competencies and employee journey map etc with little coordination with HR Global team.
o Manage the recruitment and hiring processes, including both internal and external recruitment processes, in accordance with established policies, and ensure timely completion of recruitment processes.
o Establish partnerships with local recruitment agencies, universities, and other institutions for executive search to source future employees.
o Conduct TNAs. Design, develop, implement and manage learning and development activities through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers.
o Manage progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
o Developed and Implementation of transparent and performance focuses competency based performance management system, where departmental targets are communicated to the teams, and gaps identified for successful goals achievement.
o Playing a critical role in areas such as HR planning, drafting HR policies and procedures, conducting job evaluation exercise, performing HR Audit and organizational restructuring.
o Organize induction training for new joiners; ensure that a Staff handbook is maintained and up to date providing relevant information to staff
o Lead the administration department with all procurements.
