Prepare and issue Checks to vendors.
Financial Auditing and Accounting in ERP Oracle Application.
Reduce time and costs and increase efficiency by doing hard work.
Calculate figures such as discounts, percentage allocations and credits.
Verify details of transactions, including funds received and total account balances.
Code the general ledger and process vendor invoice payments.
Deposit third party checks, as well as monthly reserve transfers.
Coordinate approval process of all accounts payable invoices.
Balance batch summary reports for verification and approval.
Rectify escalated accounts payable issues from employees and vendors.
Maintain Cost Sheet of all Payable vouchers.
