On-boarding: To plan and execute 3 days on boarding plan for newly hires every month.
Employee Engagement: Working on projects like employee referral program and employee annual outing/events.
Training: To plan bi-annual training schedule and organize internal and external training sessions.
HR Policies: Drafting and renewing HR policies to create an employee handbook (Hiring, Benefits & Compensations, Leaves, SOPs and code of conduct).
HR Branding: To manage and revamp company HR and career pages on
LinkedIn and Facebook.
ENPS Survey: To run Employee Net Promoter Score survey quarterly to measure the employee motivation.
