Job Responsibilities:
• Waste reduction (observing & studying process parameters, monitoring waste percentage and reduction from possible areas
• Overall process optimization and cost reduction
• Formation & revision of standard operating procedures, process flows, work instruction sheets.
• Layout designing and setting as per process and product (process layout & chain of operations).
• Standard Operation Bulletin formation and SAM calculations (minimizing time to time process variation).
• Productivity improvement techniques & visual management.
• Developing and monitoring progress for KPIs achievements.
• Formation & update of standard operating procedures, process flows, work instruction sheets.
Asst. Merchandiser
Coordination with the customer for the orders in terms of:
• Approval and production sample preparation, dispatching and follow up for approval.
• Artworks and trim cards soft and hard copy preparation from supplier and follow up for approval from customer.
• New orders production, work order and packaging and shipping plan & follow up.
