MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Responsible for the technical Trainings to the artisans.
b) Conduct field surveys/assessments document such assessment including con-struction practices.
c) Provide technical training and advice on hazard resistant and improved housing construction to building contractors, masons, steel-fixers and carpenters.
d) Implement the daily activities of the Housing, Watson, and Hygiene Promotion works.
e) Ensure construction quality and building materials according to the standards and specifications.
f) Supervise the construction of shelters, buildings and other demonstration works.
g) Ensure the activities of the project/s according to the design, drawings, and BOQs.
h) Prepare all required project documentation and keep reports for Organization.
i) Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
j) Facilitate community development planning in order to identify and establish de-velopment opportunities.
