Sales Merchandiser
Transmed is a full service distributor, managing and controlling the entire distribution of P&G. I worked in Transmed (Non-Food category) & appointed in different well known stores in Abudhabi as a Sales Merchandiser. My responsibilities were;
-Maintains efficient flow of merchandise from receiving to sales floor.
-Ensure proper documentation of the receiving and return of goods.
-Maintain security of goods and organizes backroom.
-Assemble product displays and complete planogram adjustment.
-Ensures signage & talkers are displayed according to standards.
Concierge
I worked in EMRILL as a Concierge Officer; it’s a Facility Management providing company started by EMAAR, Al-Futtaim & Carillion. I was working on a reception of Princess Tower (The World Tallest Residential Tower) as a Concierge and operating 107 Floors having 763 Apartments in it and 957 Parking areas with a management of Tameer Group on Dubai Marina. My basic responsibilities were;
-Provide a welcoming coordinated function to meet & greet residents & visitors.
-Receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls as required.
-Ensuring there is a proper access control in the premises.
-Provide up to date info of specialized services.
-Provide information about Dubai’s attractions, place of interests & happenings.
-Being responsible for accurate recording & maintenance of all registers & files.
-Take reservations for all programs to be held in the multifunctional rooms.
-Monitoring fire alarm panel for any legitimate fire alarms immediately.
-Handle residence complaints, comments & suggestions and resolve the situation.
-Responsible to the building if any bad incident happened
Customer Support Officer
I worked in China Mobile Telecom Company (Zong) as a Customer Support Officer in Islamabad. It was a challenging environment & they provided me a space in Customer Services where I learnt how to deal with both potential & crank customers. My basic responsibilities were;
-Attend all kind of Inbound Calls (Complaint/Information/billing/requests).
-Maintaining a record for (Sales/Data) & prepare monthly calls analysis report.
