• Responsible for dealing with the domestic/international vendors, price negotiation and rates comparison through different available portals/b2b systems.
• Responsible for answering travel-related customer queries over the phone/email.
• Responsible for dealing with the corporate clients/business partners/agents.
• Responsible for writing reports, business plans and press releases.
• Responsible for producing content for promotional material and displays.
• Responsible for making and selling customized holiday, Umrah, Ziarat and travel packages.
• Responsible for catering all the client travel needs.
Travel Consultant
• Hold the responsibility of handling online hotel reservation systems such as All in Travel, GTA, TBO HOLIDAYS and D.O.T.W.
• Providing back end support to the agents and look after the overall operations.
• Selling customized holiday, Umrah and other travel packages.
• Meeting sales targets as set out by the agency management.
• Handling customer’s complaint and solving them in a timely manner.
• Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules around the globe.
