• Maintaining the Smooth Start/End of classes
• Preparing and maintaining the time table
• Arranging substitutions
• Maintaining the discipline in school
• Work with parents and teachers to address students behavioral, academic, and other problems.
• Close Check on Quality Assurance of the Classes
• Coordinate with teachers and center coordinators to develop lesson plans and materials.

• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
