First Solution Management Services is dealing with all debt matters and outsource Collection and Recovery agency for Barclay's Bank.
Responsible for collections, customer servicing and other loss mitigation or recovery activities.
Regular contact with Contact delinquent, charged-off, or high-risk customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active loan/credit card accounts.
Support customer to establish full balance repayment plans or settlements. Establish list of accounts on an automated Collections system and/or auto dialer.
Responsible to resolve routine billing inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements to cure delinquent accounts.
Understands and educates customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods.
Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Maintaining and updating a Master Correspondence register, like Incoming and Outgoing Letters, Memorandums, Faxes and Emails and all Soft Copies related to the Projects.
Welcoming and looking after visitors, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Scheduled Client appointments and maintained up-to-date confidential files.
Responsibility for office Petty cash, salaries receipts and office procurement bills.
Arranging travel and accommodation and travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings, or to provide general assistance during presentations.
To act as P.A to Managing Director as additional responsibility.
Registering of internal and external correspondences and distributing documents according to the documentation procedures.
Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.
Maintaining minutes of meetings with utility services authority, Clients and Consultants.
Liaise with Document Controller on filling system and documentation issues (Photo copying and distribution when required).
Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management.
Other duties as required by the Manager & Managing Director.
Ensure that all received Invoices/Interim Payment Certificates and record from departments have proper support and approvals as per company policy.
