Developing communications strategies for MSF's projects on maternal child health, TB, Hepatitis c and other Cross cutting themes.


Advice the Head of missions on MSF positioning by making presentations, talking points and recommendations for meeting with HQ and government institutions


Promotes the visibility of the organisation, improving awareness of its principles and work, reinforcing information on MSF activities among communities in Sindh, Punjab KPK and Balochistan

Achievements: Focal person of the i-Care Foundation to donors and over 100 partners maintained time to time coordination. Lead the design and digital media of the organization and made i-Care visible to local and international donors by managing website and social media.

Selected as a participant from Pakistan to attend a course on Human Rights Education By Equitas.
The course included; Universality of Human Rights, Building a culture of Human Rights, educational evaluation of Human Rights Education HRE, Actions for Social Change; Applying Human Rights Approach, UN human Rights system, Human Rights instruments and mechanisms and Creativity through songs were done with the participants to see the different aspects of HRE

Delivered 52 hours of training/capacity building and mentoring sessions through participatory approach. 32 modules focused on 4 main strands Leadership, Personality and Professional Development, Arts and Culture, and Social Actions delivered to youth groups aged between 14 to 25.
Produced weekly and Monthly reports on all activities and created session planners for monthly training sessions
Supported youth in planning, fundraising, social inclusion and implementation of the sustainable and effective social action projects in their areas and communities.
Achievements: 10 Social Action Projects SAPs were successfully implemented under my supervision in the respective communities covering the themes poverty, social enterprise, human rights awareness, cleanliness, highlighting the importance of education and mental health awareness.

Lead annual work plan and quarterly program report development. Responsible for effective and efficient program management consistent with donor requirements.
Conducted training workshops on community security, conflict transformation, human rights education and gender-based violence mitigation for men and women in the rural communities and children in primary schools.
Capacity building of staff. Regular communications with HR, Finance, administration, and other departments.
Relationship building with donors, partners and stakeholders. Drafting concept notes and proposals for different donors to get projects on education, social protection, livelihoods, interfaith harmony, women representation at national level etc.
Achievements: The pioneer member of SCDF, handled the digital media presence of the organization and maintained close relations with media. In recognition of her services for SCDF, she is now the executive member of SCDF for lifetime.

Achievements: one of the pioneer employees when SFCG started its operations in Karachi, Pakistan. Due to extensive work in community on Countering Violent Extremism CVE, SFCG selected her to participate on behalf of the organization at Global Youth Summit against Countering Violent Extremism on September 28, 2015. New York, USA.
