I have overall work experience of more than ten years with national and International organizations, media and communications, conflict transformation and Peace building, human rights, community mobilization,women empowerment and training. Currently working with Medicin Sans frontiers, Islamabad as Field Communications Manager leading the department at missions level expanded to the projects in Sindh, Punjab, KPK and Balochistan.I have worked with an INGO Search for Common Ground-Pakistan as Communications/Program officer for the projects funded by USAID, UNICEF, US Department of state and DANIDA. Successfully implemented the projects as a team lead player starting from baseline surveys to mobilization, donor/stakeholder liasion, activities on ground, reporting and monitoring, maintaining good relationships with partners, donors, NGOs, CBOs, government institutions and media. Also worked with the i-Care Foundation Pakistan as a Communications Manager and look after the communications strategies for i-Care fund America and Pakistan and leading all program matters which also includes donor/partner liaison, field visits, monitoring, content management, outreach and fundraising. I have an International exposure by participating in the Global Youth Summit against Countering Violent Extremism on September 28, 2015. New York, USA. Also participated in Human Rights training program by EQUITAS Human Righst in Montreal Quebec, Canada in June-July 2018
Developing communications strategies for MSF's projects on maternal child health, TB, Hepatitis c and other Cross cutting themes.
Advice the Head of missions on MSF positioning by making presentations, talking points and recommendations for meeting with HQ and government institutions
Promotes the visibility of the organisation, improving awareness of its principles and work, reinforcing information on MSF activities among communities in Sindh, Punjab KPK and Balochistan

The course included; Universality of Human Rights, Building a culture of Human Rights, educational evaluation of Human Rights Education HRE, Actions for Social Change; Applying Human Rights Approach, UN human Rights system, Human Rights instruments and mechanisms and Creativity through songs were done with the participants to see the different aspects of HRE
Delivered 52 hours of training/capacity building and mentoring sessions through participatory approach. 32 modules focused on 4 main strands Leadership, Personality and Professional Development, Arts and Culture, and Social Actions delivered to youth groups aged between 14 to 25.
Produced weekly and Monthly reports on all activities and created session planners for monthly training sessions
Supported youth in planning, fundraising, social inclusion and implementation of the sustainable and effective social action projects in their areas and communities.
Achievements: 10 Social Action Projects SAPs were successfully implemented under my supervision in the respective communities covering the themes poverty, social enterprise, human rights awareness, cleanliness, highlighting the importance of education and mental health awareness.
