 Prepare toolkits for the data reporting and analysis of project progress
 To consolidate the qualitative and quantitative progress of programs through designed formats under reporting regime.
 Conduct baseline/end line surveys, assessments/studies and Project Evaluation (both internal and external).
 Develop knowledge products, infographics; both of qualitative and quantitative nature, from the data received from field/regional projects/programs.
 Conduct secondary analysis, literature reviews for the new projects under pre-assessments.
 Conduct rapid assessments of the relief and output based projects for the effective delivery of set targets.
 Maintain the central archival system for the programs and projects for data and documentation management to develop knowledge products.
 Develop result frameworks for the donor funded projects.
 Develop M&E Plans and data quality assessment plans for both programs and projects.
 Conduct mid-term evaluations and quarterly reviews of the projects.
 Conduct formative and summative monitoring at program and at project level.
 Perform process monitoring of the programme’s and project’s procedures at internal level.
 Develop and implement Complaint and Feedback mechanism (CFM) in the programmes and projects, through entrenching standard protocols.
 Ensure debrief mechanism of the field monitoring results.
 Develop issue log of the action points through maintaining Action Plan tracker (APT)
 Conduct regular follow-up and generate reports on the compliance status of through monitoring visits as well as provide recommendations for quality assurance.
 Perform data collection and analysis utilizing advanced packages.
 Provide trainings and supervision the survey teams, enumerators and volunteers responsible for data collection.
 To facilitate the project team and resource mobilization team in planning process of the project deliverable.

 Implement the M&E system in the Program/Project.
 Conduct formative and summative monitoring at programme and at project level.
 Provide recommendations to the staff for effective implementation of the activities.
 Conduct regular follow-up and generate reports on the compliance status of through monitoring visits as well as provide recommendations for quality assurance.

 To conduct vulnerability and Capacity assessment of the beneficiaries and generate the case studies.
 Generate Concept notes for the new initiatives.
 Generate success stories of the beneficiaries for the monthly newsletter
 To generate impact assessment reports and monthly reports upon the set targets.
 Develop the research tools for the purpose of pre and post assessment.
 Coordinate with the monitoring and evaluation department in finalizing the research assessment tools.
 Conduct follow up monitoring visits to the beneficiaries to measure the impact of assistance.
 Data analysis and interpretation of the gathered information utilizing advanced packages.
 Generate social enterprise business plans for the beneficiaries under the pretext of human capital development.
 To deal directly with the beneficiaries regarding the educational assistance, medical assistance and financial assistance as well as skill training.
 Maintain the data of beneficiaries in Management Information System (MIS).
 Budgeting of the regular beneficiary’s according to the financial year.
 To coordinate with the finance department for the budget approval.
