Duties & Responsibilities
1.      Look after over all building repair work and maintenance.
2.      Prepare the record for payment of utility bills.
3.      Janitorial services and Security Guards to ensure they are performing their duties properly.
4.      Local store maintenance and its record keeping.
5.      Issuance of inventory (Stationary Items, Building maintenance related items) and its record keeping.
6.      Interaction with vendors (Building/Infrastructure).

Duties & Responsibilities
1.      Look after over all building repair work and maintenance.2.      Prepare the record for payment of utility bills.3.      Janitorial services and Security Guards billing and to ensure they are performing their duties properly.4.      Local store maintenance and its record keeping.5.      Issuance of inventory (Stationary Items, IT related Items & Building maintenance related items) and its record keeping.6.      Prepare the record of PTCL Employees attendance.7.      Prepare personal profiles of PTCL Employees.8.      Prepare the record of Vehicle Log book.9.      Prepare the Record of DSL Discount Package (50% Discount).10.   Interaction with vendors (Building/Infrastructure).11.   To Perform as QA Committee member.





Information Technology •           Desktops Installation and cabling, relocation of complete workstation with IT equipment.•           Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras also replacing its part or equipment.•           UPS Installation and Batteries maintenance.•           Conducting electrical and safety instruction for computer.•           To support the IT department on an as needed basis.•           Printers Driver Installation, Toner installation, solving printer paper jamming problems.•           Keep checking on the Hardware defective parts and replace them from time to time.•           Making Patch Chords for Lan cables, replace/punch RJ45 connectors.•           Skill in the installation Windows, Software’s Installations, Partition creation/resigning             and maintenance of IT hardware.
