• Responsible for managing overall operations of the Accounts Department.
• Responsible for cheque preparation, receiving and deposited agency cheque and updating daily bank positions
• Follow up of receivables and bank deposit verification (through bank statement)
• Verifying the bank deposit voucher, cash reconciliation, invoices and approved purchase orders on daily basis.
• Managing petty cash expenses, Utility bills and payment and receipt control
• Prepare daily receipts and payment books
• Responsible for salary distribution and payroll of all departments regarding all matters of finalization of salary, advances, deduction, commission and adjustments including their shift and attendance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly revenue report and submit to Owner
• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transaction.
•• Responsible for managing overall operations of the Islamabad station.
• Managing and handling payroll of all staff including their shift management and attendance.
• Responsible accounts, cash, deposited and recode on daily basis.
• Responsible to review daily report prepared by shift officials.
• Prepared petty cash & utility bills statements of the Islamabad station.
• Verification of sales bill and supervising recording of sales entry.
• Prepare daily sale and cash report for the management review.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report and submit to Owner.
• Responsible for daily & monthly inventory/stock management.
• Prepare daily manual stock registers for custom point of view.
• Manage the Debit and credit Transactions.
