Responsibilities:
• Reporting & Assisting to Chief Engineer – HOD Engineering Department
• Using Primavera P6 for Projects Management & ERP
• Received Issued, Log, Update and keeping of all the projects related documentations i.e Data sheets, Drawing, Specifications, Design Calculations, Contract & BOQs etc.
• Provide the ability to control the documentation flow, filling/Archiving and document handover activities, for the project sites, both for the Head Office and project sites throughout all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction etc) of the project.
• Provide a review of all the final documentation being generated, in both hard copy and electronic versions, by project sub-contractors and suppliers in order to ensure that all contractual requirement will be met
• Day-to-Day liaison with Engineering and Project team to ensure efficient and effective control of all project documentation from any source either generated internally or externally
• Ensure the status of all technical documents until getting the approval and control, filing/archiving correspondences, drawing and technical documents, invoices and Performa invoice, Technical and commercial proposals, Pre-Qualification and other company official, non-technical documents
• Design Team Hierarchy , flowcharts & JDs with the approval of HOD
• Design templates and processes as per Project Management & ISO standard.

Maintain asset record of deployed equipment, spares in stock, initiate in-house repair, RMA and may initiate spare procurement
Work closely with sales, project managers, team and other employees and departments in the company

Register to clients and orders/warranty claims to overseas vendor/companies.
Verifies and monitor the payment of supplier invoices, repairs and maintenance contracts. Rectifies any problems with suppliers. Monitors accounting statements for discrepancies and follows up on corrections
Performs administrative duties appropriate to the activities of the Infra department
Make arrangement for team visits for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Carries out routine preventative maintenance
