Core Responsibilities Include
Working as Manager Operations, Looking Smooth function of branch carried out as per laid down procedure, Liaison and resolution with the Regional Head Quarter and Head Office Issues, Compliance of Money Laundering regulations, Implement and monitor customer service delivery standards.


Ensure all processes are followed as per Branch Operations, Foreign exchange manuals & KYC/AML policy; while ensuring Compliance and TATs are met as per Service Level Agreement between departments.
Ensure, manage and supervise all services and related activities in the branch to achieve timely and accurate processing of customer requested transactions and customer complaints, while ensuring service delivery is as per the prescribed standards and SLAs between the functions of the bank.


Ensure all processes are performed as per bank policies to achieve best satisfactory audit ratings in internal, external and SBP audits.


Ensure that staff every year follow the leave plan process as per HR. 
To take additional responsibilities as and when required by the management.

Strengthening of internal controls in line with SOP and directives of SBP to mitigate inherent risk associated with all financial transactions


Ensure real time processing / execution of all counter services including but not restricted to cash receipts, utility bills collections, funds transfers, cash payments and Cheques received for collections.


Ensure vault is being maintained as per vault assigned limits (Cash in Safe) fully compliant to SBP’s clean note policy


Ensure timely opening and closing of cash counters to avoid extra security and operational risk.


Ensure daily reconciliation / monitoring of all GLs of the branch.


Ensure timely replenishment of ATM cash, maintenance and surveillance to avoid any suspicious activities and achieve desire bench mark uptime.


Timely deposit of withholding tax to Government treasury


Ensure strict compliance to service standards and share the regular KPIs and service ladder score to all branch staff and discuss with them to improve required standards/ level.


Ensure reconciliation and safe custodianship of all security stationary/cash and other important articles.

                                                Core Responsibilities Include

Preparation of all cash related statements required by SBP and Head Office.


Cash receipt payment / sorting / posting. Utility Bills collections/ Cross Branch Transactions.


Posting of Inward and Outward Clearing Cheques.


Liaison with NIFT


Preparation of Drafts, Pay Orders etc.


Balance the cash at the end of the day


Assist in achieving the goals / targets of the branch


Ensure minimum waiting time for customers while doing cash transactions and deal each customer politely & with courtesy.


Use of Cashbooks


Manage concerns and queries of customers efficiently and promptly.
