o BMR (Building, Modernization & Replacement) & Capex Projects completion in record time.
o Procurement for the civil work, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and import of new plants; Ultra-Heat-Treatment (UHT) Plant., HFO Power Plant (6 MW), Tetra Pak One Step, Ice Water Plant, Ecolean Packaging Machines, Water Treatment plants, Ammonia Compressors, Butter Machines-Milky Lab, Utility pipelines projects, Electrical Distribution Projects, Milk Procurement area Developments and Cheese Stretcher & Vat and various other projects.
o Procurement of PKR 1.5 billion critical supplies on extended credit period through successful negotiations with vendors to keep the Factory/production operational to manage the cash flow constraints.
o Development & Implementation of New PPM & 5 years business strategy for SCM and also Implemented technologies, processes, policies, and procedures to support the purchasing process.
o Managing a spend of more than 12 Billion and Generated savings of over PKR 1.8 Billion for the years 2017 & 2018 on all categories through strong negotiations and new induction of vendors.
o Launch of Dostea tea whitener in Ecolean Packaging (first time in Pakistan) by negotiating and executing all ATL and BTL activities including sponsorship of Islamabad United Cricket Team in-coordination with Marketing team
o Launch of Pasteurized Milk In Ecolean Packaging and Tetra Geminia Aspectic UHT Milk (first time in Pakistan)
o Stores & Finished Goods Warehouse Management (Chilled & Non Chilled)
o Logistics ambient and chilled operations for over 1400 stations across Pakistan level.
o Revamping of all warehousing and logistics departments at national level
o Compartmentalization in double decker vehicles introduced (first time in Pakistan), Able to transport chilled and non-chilled products together resulting in huge transport cost savings
o Freight forwarding and clearing agencies finalized on the basis of 0.06% of the total shipment cost.
o Demand & Supply planning in-coordination with sales & production teams with rolling forecast model.
