• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems by using AX’S Software.
• Support teams with various administrative tasks (Employee record maintenance for the whole region, Account Opening, Medical claims etc.)
• Make Purchase order and release of payments on vendor sales tax invoices.
• Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
