概要

• Oversee and perform ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 HSE and Buyers audits.
• Develop, maintain and enforce the policies, procedures in order to conform the requirement of integrated management system, HSE standards along with buyer’s code of conducts.
• Development & implementation of Buyers Auditing Protocol Systems i.e. TEAP, CMM, ZDHC.
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards.
• Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
• Oversee and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Conduct surveys and audits to identify and minimize the risk and ensure facility meets current legislative requirements, and its own HSE targets.
• Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions and report to management
• Ensure that all employees have received appropriate training on health and safety issues and risks, as stipulated in HSE manual, i.e. fire fighting, first aid and evacuations drills, chemical handling etc.
