• Management with existing & prospective customers of the region with a view to enhance the business of AVC and Agri/SME/Corporate customers.
• Appraisal of business projects for establishment of financial relationship.
• Monitoring of Agriculture/SME/Corporate credit portfolio of the area.
• Liaison with Regional Office, Head Office, Risk Management Division & Legal Office.
• Assessment of financial facilities under the guidelines and Risk parameters of the Bank.
• Visiting the valued customers, business projects for assessment of the credit requirement.
• Analysis of Financial statements, Balance Sheet, Income statement, Cash flows, collateral in order to establish repayment capacity of the borrower.
• Collection of Data from branches for onward submission to Head Office.
• Arranging approvals, provide support to branches for preparation of proposals, & proper documentation.
• Proper monitoring of portfolio, expiries, insurances of the branches to avoid the deterioration of credit quality by taking proactive remedial measures.
• Arrange meetings to evaluate the monthly performance review of the Portfolio, share the future strategies to improve the business volume, mitigate the risk & Maximum Reduction in NPL accounts.
