My name is Bushra Najeeb ,i have done Master in Economics from BZU and have 13 year of professional experience in different national and international organization at different position currently i am working with Islamic Relief Pakistan in Islamabad as an Enterprise development officer in poverty graduation program (WASYLA).Previously I have worked with save the children world vision ,PDMA (Provincial Disaster Management Authority) , PRSP ( Punjab Rural support Program)in different position at different location which is mention in my Cv as well.
Facilitating and implement program activities against set targets, objectives and indicators.
Making effective implementation of the Community mobilization strategy
Facilitating in conducting mapping of stakeholders in respective areas
Developing Liaison with community and activists and field level for mutual sharing of field related gaps
and reform with joint efforts
Conducting session and raising awareness among the community regarding Food insecurity related
issues in the catchment area.
Providing support and orientation about FSL programming to setting up and managing Community
Mobilization component
Facilitating to team members and project coordinator to development of weekly and monthly plans
Ensuring the use of supportive supervision check in field based activities
Arranging meetings/workshops/seminars /Broad base community meeting for the community forums
Ensuring integration of activities at facility and field level.
Creates, maintains and updates electronic databases for documents, maps, beneficiary listing, and
other administrative documents
Providing support to field team in maintenance of their projects’ records, compilation of project
updates/fact sheets at different field offices, compilation of beneficiary records and provision of up to
date information to field team.
LH Assistant will primarily be responsible to assist the LH Officer.
Will maintain the Beneficiaries data in soft and hard forms.
Responsible for logistic assessment and arrangement for the Field team.
Creates, maintains, and updates electronic databases for documents, maps, beneficiary listing, and
other administrative documents
Preparation and maintaining records of internal and external communications including
emails, letters, purchase requisitions and other relevant documents
Attends department meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutes as requested by Livelihoods
Advisor and Manger.
Provide support to field team in maintenance of their projects’ records, compilation of project
updates/fact sheets at different field offices, compilation of beneficiary records and provision of up to
date information to field team.
Help in collecting background information for concept papers and proposals.
Weekly reporting on progress.
