Provincial Coordinator, Balochistan
The provincial coordinator oversees the project management, implementation, and coordination with the government departments, including academia, civil society organizations, media, judiciary, law enforcement agencies, and other local stakeholders to ensure the project activities are carried out in a smooth and effective manner. The position also involves assisting higher management in the planning, organizing, and recruitment processes at the regional level and the dual implementation of the planned project activities as per the set and required standards by the organization and donor.
Provincial Coordinator-GBV
The Provincial Coordinator-GBV supervises the overall project management, plan development, team orientation, and implementation of the project activities in close coordination with the donor and project team. The provincial coordinator is also responsible for milestone setting, planning, designing, monitoring, reviews, process documentation, providing programmatic inputs, coordination, liaison building, and implementation of the project activities as per the plan and due budget.

The senior manager of programs and operations is responsible for the successful leadership, guidance, plan development, implementation strategies, team management, team capacity building, field operations, and overall supervision and reporting of the program activities to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
Program Officer
The Program officer was responsible for the weekly and monthly plan development and quarterly reports, performance charts and reports for the organization. Serving in the field visits to communities for their empowerment and motivation to ensure the community participation, looking after the capacity building of staff on the project activities and arrangements of training orientation sessions for the community members. Supervising the performance of the reporting of staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring visits and also coordinate for community mobilization with the implementation of quick impact support projects in communities.
