Preparation of engineering documents such as Protection Conceptual Design, Functional Specifications, Test Plans, Operation and Maintenance manuals etc.
Managing Shutdowns and other maintenance activities through SAP
Compliance all the safety procedures like PTW ,TBT,etc,
Imparted Training to line workers for Quality, Discipline, Safety, Motivation and communication skill.
Capable of reading & understand the schematic drawings of 220kv/ 132kv/ 11kv transformers & G.I.S switchgears.
Fault analysing & rectification of 220kv/ 132kv/ 11kv transformers & G.I.S switchgears.
Caring out Annual preventive maintenance of 220kv/ 132kv/ 66kv/ 11kv Transformer & switchgears.
Erection/ Construction/ Commissioning/ Extension and Re-enforcement of E.H.V/ H.V & L.V of Complete BAY i.e. Isolators, P.T, C.T, Circuit Breakers, Bus Bars and distribution network system.
Project prepared & executed for system Improvement proposals of H.V/ L.V network.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth operation of the Lead acid battery plant having capacity of more than 3.5 million productions per annum from Electrical department.
Maintain record of installations, single line diagrams, circuit designs, power hierarchy and modification in plant layout fall in Electrical domain.
Responsible for minimizing the breakdown, improve prove methodology and increasing the reliability of Electrical installation via planned preventive maintenance.
Responsible for the maintenance of the Electrical installation including MV/LV switches, MCC panels, Transformers, Rectifiers,Electrical machines ,power factor improvement plants and standby diesel generators with the record of health check.
Installation, Calibration and Maintenance activities of field instruments like Pressure transmitter / Control valve / Temperature / Sensor / Limit Switch / Burner / Load cell and various instruments.
Maintain the records of utility consumption for further process by the utility department.
Suggest the feasible solution of the engineering problem and design the phenomena of maintaining spares of motors and other crucial equipment..
Assign the tasks after checking the feasibility of work to the maintenance officers.
Design the activities to improve the standard of delivering the services through training of staff Manage the electrical load for the smooth operation of plant to avoid the dangerous peak in rush hours.

Key Responsibilities
Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Like Generators, Motors, CCTV Systems, Fire Alarm system, kitchens appliances ,Games etc.
Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Perform physically demanding tasks, such as moving and lifting heavy objects
