WASEELA-E-TALEEM PROJECT
1-Under the over all guidance of District Coordinator, Tehsil Coordinator (TC) shall manage the overall functioning of each tehsil in relevant district office in view of the mandate of SM-NCTP.
2. Understand the concept of the project and its significance in terms of Waseela-e-Taleemprogramme roll-out.
3-Preparethe tehsil work plan of SM Teams as per over all social mobilization plan.
4-Provide input regarding the work plans and their efficacy during the project.
5-Identify operational and other regional challenges such as mobility of women, language, geography, etc
6-Shall be responsible for all activities at thesil level including micro supply capacity assessment (MSCA) Survey, beneficiary mobilization campaign, WT women registration centers and admission & attendance compliance, MSCA, mapping of BISP beneficiaries, formation & management of BBCs,etc.
7-Provide support and guidance to SOs during all the stages of project cycle
8-Oversee and will be the part of process in formation of committees at each level.
9-Coordinate with BISP and other relevant stakeholders at tehsil level.
10-Manage the database and software of the MSCA, WeTregistartione and admission/attendance complianceand ensure on line reporting as per given SOPs.
11-Prepare all the relevant reports including mothly and weekly tracking sheets.
12-Conduct the process monitoring during the implementation of project activities and ensure intime feed back to its relevant SM teams for course correction.
13-Facilitate DCs in implementing the capacity building activities.
14. Coordinate and represent BISP social mobilization component at tehsil level with BISP and other relevant stakeholders.
15-Facilitate in the formation of BBCs and attend their periodic meetings.
16-Participate in monthly and quarterly review meetings at district level to assess the performance and progress of social mobilization team.
17-Guide teams in preparing the monthly plans at tehsil level.
STAEP/DESP PROJECT NA 190 CHISHTIAN
CRGs are groups of active citizens who would be playing their due role in monitoring the working of public institutions and offices at district & constituency level for the Supporting Transparency Accountability & Empowerment Program-STAEP. They would identify the problems being faced by citizens and plan awareness raising and advocacy initiatives to resolve these problems. IP would be providing them basic training in monitoring and reporting the gaps/wrong doings of the government officials to the relevant authorities. Furthermore, following activities would be done to monitor the governance issues in the target districts:
Training and capacity building of CRG members,
Monthly monitoring of prices of 52 items of everyday use,
Collection of data from health department on common diseases, functioning of government health facilities, and availability of trained staff in the target districts.
