1. Internal Roads & Infrastructure for 110 houses in Al Samha, West (Feb, 2018 – Present)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research for procurement of suitable materials as per project specifications, raising enquiries
2. Preparation and submission of Material Submittals as per Client’s (ADM, Musanada, ADDC, ADSSC) requirements for all the materials to be used for the project and getting approvals from respective authorities and assuring the use of approved materials at site.
3. Managing Site Laboratory. Conducting routine tests at site laboratory and independent labs for different materials as per the project requirements.
4. Developing & assuring the Implementation of approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
5. Developing Method Statements for various construction activities and assuring its implementation at site.
6. Raising Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and arranging all the necessary inspection and testing required for material approval.
7. Participating in QA/QC Meetings and quality inspection audits by client, Closing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site-Observation Reports (SOR), Quality Inspection Findings (QIF) and Audit NCs issued by consultant or client within stipulated time by proposing and implementing approved corrective action along with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
8. Conducting and participating in periodic internal audit, Supplier’s & SubContractor’s Audits for material approval and quality assurance.
9. Reporting Monthly KPI’s to the Musanada QA/QC department in Monthly Quality Dashboard and maintaining good quality score.
10. Completing and maintaining records of all the submittals and other documents required for Project Handing Over to the client, Submitting Close Out Dashboard and Close Out Report to Musanada after each milestone

Assisted the material engineer in various construction activities and supervised the testing in the lab.
Project: Development of Controlled Access and Signal Free Corridor of Islamabad Highway
Client: Capital Development Authority, Islamabad

This internship was focused on the corrosion monitoring, corrosion prevention techniques and evaluation of remaining life of storage tanks and underground pipelines by implementing Non-Destructive Testing in the oil and gas fields.

Completed the assigned task of various Labs and Workshops which included:
Mechanical Testing Lab, Metallography Lab, Physical Lab, Non-Destructive Testing Lab, Mechanical Workshop, Steel Casting Workshop, Pattern Making Workshop, Foundry Shop and Brass Mills.
