I have professional experience in social sector working as Field Social Organizer (FSO) at GBTI Attock to carryout community development based field activities at field targeted areas of Attock Ghazi Swabi (KPK ) to identify targeted vulnerabilities of said community, but also ensure the provision of rehabilitation services to carryout development in field areas to uplift the standard of life of said community.
I also worked in PTCL Franchise Rawalpindi Pakistan as Administrator at HR section to carryout HR responsibilities and also worked in Security in Cash Transaction Company (Pvt) Pakistan as Security Supervisor to supervise the progress of security guards.

Field Social Organizer
Job description:
1. Responsible for the mobilization of the community for the project activities and seek their support and involvement in the project activities. 2. Responsible for the sharing of clear and proper relevant project information to the communities, establish village committees or CBOs as appropriate.
3. To facilitate in project teams visits and coordination with the committees.
4. Responsible to mobilize target communities for their involvement in project activities and facilitate the community in the formation of community organization ensuring their roles will contribute in the overall goal achievement of the project targets 5. • Arrange meeting with community for sharing project activities
6. • Keep close coordination with engineering sections for mobilization and facilitation at community level as when required.
7. Keeping close coordination with community, religious leaders and community leaders.
8. Raise awareness among community families of the options of livelihood, WASH and edication provision• i. Identify families who have out of school children or street children at home.
9. Arrange and lead the hygiene promotion training sessions for children and community
10. To contribute effectively in the community improvement through implementation of livelihoods and WASH services provisions.
11. Conducting Pre-KAP and baseline survey to record attitude of the community towards project intervention at the start and end of the project. m. To take part in the analysis of the data with M&E and line manager
12. Responsible for participation in assessment survey to determine baseline as well as evaluation surveys
13. Responsible for the distribution of kits and others packages among households of the targeted community.
