Major Projects in PCL:
1. Installation & commissioning of 3200mm Drum Twister & Laying up line with Heafy, Chinese engineers.
2. Up-gradation & inspection of M85 RBD line with new Siemens electrical panel with Niehoff, Indian engineers. After up-gradation line is running with name plate speed.
3. Installation & commissioning of 91-Bobbin Stranded line with Heafy, Chinese engineers.
4. Up-gradation of TRB-II intermediate RBD line with new Siemens electrical panel with SAMP, Italian engineers.
5. Up-gradation of Movicon DCS control and inspection of PVC mixture plant with PLASMEC, Italian engineers. Also installed Siemens online supervisory control (SCADA). After up-gradation planting capacity increased to name plate speed.
6. Up-gradation of old Drum Twister line with Queins, German engineers to provide facility of 300mm2 armouring.
7. Up-gradation of low speed M315 intermediate RBD line with high speed dual wire MM30 & dual spooler line , also replaced old analogue panel with new Siemens control with Niehoff, Indian engineers.
8. Installation & commissioning of D630 Buncher with Niehoff, Indian engineers.
9. Up-gradation of Hipotronics PD detector DDX7000 from Windows 98 to Windows Xp operating system with Hipotronics, Switzerland engineers.
10. Synchronisation of Niehoff Spooler unit with old 9 Die drawing line to facilitate 630mm spool with Niehoff, Indian engineers.
11. Activation of basket coiler for M85 RBD line and auto changeover of dual spooler with Niehoff, Indian engineers. Also replaced old analogue panel with new Siemens control.
* I was started my career in AGRIAUTO as Trainee Engineer for the tenure Oct-2009 to June 2010.
* On Jul-2010, AGRIAUTO management promoted me as Assistant Manager
* On Jul-2011, AGRIAUTO management promoted me as Deputy Manager
Responsibilities;
- Lead & implement TPM in the plant facility
- Implemented SAP Maintenance module as a Power User with the support of IBM consultant
- Implemented TPM with the support of Japanese consultant
- Designing, installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes & machines.
- Perform lean continuous improvement techniques – Kanban system & Kaizen.
- Troubleshooting & planned maintenance of CNC Lathe, Milling & Grinding, Welding, Stamping, Electroplating & Rectifiers, Parting & Chamfering, Riveting, Torqueing & Stacking, Damping Force Testing, Washing & Paint shop
- Fault tracing of CNC FANUC, PLC and HMI control based machines according to electrical diagram and rectify it through CNC parameter and PLC logic
- Conduct preventive & predictive Maintenance plan/ execution to improve reliability
- Carry out Root Cause Analysis & FMEA, working on MTTR and MTBF
- Working on Lean manufacturing and MUDA / POKAYOKE control for error proof process
- Special projects related to cranes, generators, air compressors and plant layout change (Lean Manufacturing)
- Responsible for in-house training of team members, plan and execute 5S programs along with Production team
- Responsible to maintain ISO 9001 & TS 16949 audit compliances for external/internal auditor
- Prepare & monitors maintenance department budget and expense (RM & CAPEX)
- Control energy systems to ensure optimum utilization of plant facilities.
- Lead and manage kWh consumption / working on Energy conservation project
- Ensure the compliance of machine safety (zero access guarding).
- Develop and maintain Electronic LAB to carry out in-house PCB card testing and repairing
