I am currently appointed as a National Coordinator at IRD Global for endTB Clinical trials. My key responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating between government departments like DRAP and NBC/PHRC, liaisons between the stakeholders, and preparing trials related progress reports to be submitted at both government and donors/partners.
I was hired as a Consultant by World Health Organization Pakistan office to conduct a Expanded Experts Survey for Tobacco Control Compliance Project a part of my job includes supporting my supervisor with developing communication strategy for an app Tobacco Spotter which will be launched soon in Pakistan.
At AAN Associates, my experience-based understanding of working with donors, part of my role at was to train new hires in business development processes, including sifting for new opportunities, designing technical proposals and creating project budgets. I have worked extensively in Business Development, writing technical proposals, conducting contract negotiations, and actively looking for new business. In this vein, I worked frequently with UN agencies such as UNICEF, UNDP, UNHCR as well as Grant Challenges Canada. I was also involved in leading a medium-sized project delivery team I was the lead in an SRHR project review commissioned by the Royal Norwegian Embassy. I was charged with the responsibility of helping oversee a range of critical pro from conception to delivery. My tasks for this evaluation included development of tools, data collection, data consolidation, analysis and report writing. I was also in charge of the overall direction, coordination, support partners implementation, execution, quality and financial control, progress monitoring and administration of the SRHR project.

• Develop and oversee implementation of ‘AAN Business Development Plan (6 monthly or annual) entailing identification of countries, potential partners/clients, business areas (thematic and functional), potential partners and consultants (in priority countries).
