• Executive Committee Member for Heads Conference Organization and Reengineering of Schools 2009, The City School Southern Region and managed the academic part of the conference
• Managed the entire training of The City School Southern Region in 2009 to 2010 as Manager Training South for 40 schools in Karachi and 4 in Quetta

• Planned five new branches at The City School Southern Region for Middle and O-levels which included budgeting, planning layout and floor plans and all repair and maintenance work to start a new school.
