1. Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes.
2. Assist in formulating and implementing administrative policies and procedures, take responsibility for implementation of administration plans.
3. Responsible for attendance management, assist in handling entry and exit procedures and document signing including arranging interview candidates to visit if necessary.
4. Review and manage HR budget.
5. Design, review and implement Industry policies and SOPs. Act as a consultant to the staff regarding policies and procedures.
6. Monitor key HR metrics and keep the management up to date on the market practices.
7. Design and conduct internal periodic surveys to measure job satisfaction and suggest improvements where required.
8. Address employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff. 9. Manage health insurance and raise awareness of this facility. Ensure timely processing of health claims.
10. Manage staff promotions activity and ensure there is no biasness.
11. Achieve higher internal customer satisfaction, through an improved match between customer expectations and services provided by the Human Resources.
12. Provide services to new joiners (work station, employee smart card, onboarding forms and new Joiner kit by liaising with the relevant departments).
13. Fixed asset control and record update and handle all office related service providers issue, including arranging general office maintenance / cleaning, purchasing stationery and office supplies, inventory, security system.
14. Any other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
15. Canteen Management, Security Staff Management, Vehicle Management, Building and office Management.
16. Travel Management especially of Chinese Employees.
17. Visa arrangements, extension and other related tasks at Chinese Embassy.
18. Responsible for travel and accommodation arrangement, visa application and apartment management of Chinese expatriates.
19. Responsible to prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, functions, events, training and various company activities and collect marketing activities materials (words, photos, videos).
20. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents and manage an effective filing system.
21. Translation of Chinese documents to English and other Local Languages and also English documents to Chinese Language.
