My main job responsibilities related to Accounts are as under

Preparing annual and rolling budgets (cash, production , sales, purchase, inventory, budgets)Forecasts by having historical data analysis and for future predictions by having GAP analysis.
Preparing and reviewing variance analysis. (Actual Vs Budget) and identifying the reasons and taking corrective actions likewise,
Investment appraisal and preparing feasibilities for new proposed projects (For expansion, market development, product development etc.)
Preparing and reviewing standard costing.
Preparing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies.
Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
Introducing and maintaining accounting system and advising on the selection and application of computerbased accounting system.
Planning and review of accounting systems and procedures, analyses the financial information needs and provides advise on financial planning, risk management.
Dealing with banks.
New project feasibility analysis.
Costing (product wise, period wise, project wise)
Stock Maintenance.
Bank Reconciliation.
Parties' accounts Reconciliation
