Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable of Pfizer Pakistan Ltd.
Managing Organization O2C, P2P and then R2R with core receivable and payable cycle, Analysis with auditing of customer and vendors transactions their sales, payments, returns, withholding tax, general sales tax and their compliance. Co-ordinating with customer and vendors to resolving hurdles arising during financial services and finally reporting to Financial controller their impact on financial statement, also clearing issues with external auditor with co-ordination of Financial Controller & Director Finance and then reconcile with finalization.
· Review Customer’s and Vendor’s ledger maintained by system.
· Review Reconciliation of AP and AR Processing.
· Identify system and human error in reports & ledger then report to Financial controller on every month.
· Made policies, procedure and new amendments with management to control future issues.
· Review Customer’s and Vendor’s monthly aging report generated by system, identify issues and report to Financial controller for adjustments.
· Review Credit notes and Debit Notes then process as per compliance & agreements.
· Negotiate with Customers and suppliers to resolving issues and discuss company’s operational compliance.
· Negotiate with Company’s operation to resolving issues and implement policy with the approval of their head.
· Review Stock return by customers due to expiry and shelf life as per compliance and agreements.
· Daily negotiation with Globally Financial Services- Pfizer China for Adjustments occurred due to any error or changes in organization system.
· Negotiate with Tax department related to WHT and GST.
· Assist senior in Product pricing, identify error then discuss with Financial controller.
· Support Accounts Receivable Clerks and train new team members.
· Assist Financial Controller in making of Financial statement.
· Approve payment to HCPs and others on procurement module after verification with Procurement compliance.
· Discuss issues with Company secretary and GM marketing, arising due to non-compliance on procurement module.

· Reviews accounts payable documents prepared by subordinates for accuracy, completeness and conformance to policy then authorizes for payment.

· Recommends modifications to existing system and implements modifications through coordination with all units in presence of Financial controller & Director Finance in organization system.
· Negotiate with Company’s Internal Auditors (EY), discussion and implementation.
· Negotiate with Company’s External Auditors (KPMG), completing their requirements, dealing verbally or non-verbally, and auditors’ satisfaction to maintain organization’s credibility.
· Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
· Advise company operation or related force to follow the laws and regulations that implement on customer and vendors.

Assist in making of GAP Analysis (Capacity Utilization) of each department separately.
Deeply involved in making of Company’s Yearly Budgets including Revenue, Capex, Manpower and Projected Profit & Loss and create changes after negotiation.
Make Detail Department Wise Revenue Variance of each department separately and email to their HOD’s on Monthly basis and report their feedback to DM.
Assist in process of annual and occasionally cost review of services and procedures.
