I have done MBA 3.5 years from recognized university of Punjab, Pakistan.
I have working experience at PAPTECH College of IT & Commerce Gujranwala
where I started as Career Counsellor & administrator after 01 year, I was
promoted as Center Manager now I am working with BOSS GROUP OF
COMPANIES-Pakson International Plastic Industry as Human Resource Business
Partner since October 2018. I have published my Research article in international
journal, I am good at Research, Business Environmental Analysis, Recruitment &
Selection (R&S), Organizational Development (OD) and Training & Development
(T&D). Competencies Include, Stress Management, Time Management, Resource
Management, Multi-Tasking & Good Temperament. I have direct involvement
and participation in performance management system & development of KPIs.
