Monitor and manage multimedia project activities from start to finish.
Identify and assign work to Videographers, Graphic Designers, and other production staff.
Identify shooting spots, reserve equipment, and make transportation arrangements.
Manage budget, production crew, and editorial decisions.
Ensure that project meets milestones, budgetary constraints, and editorial standards.
Analyze and procuer resource requirements and equipment needs for production.
Obtain approvals at every project phase for smooth and continuous production operations.
Develop social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit and Instagram
Plan content and manage multiple social media channels
Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote organization and brand
Create engaging multimedia content for all social media platforms
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms
Manage junior staff such as a social media executive or assistant
Educate and train other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company (in-house roles)
